  • Start by sending us photos and a brief note about your piece’s current condition. From there, we’ll provide an estimate for reupholstery costs and the required fabric yardage. Once approved, we’ll send a work order and invoice, then schedule pickup or drop-off to begin fabrication.

  • In your quote, we’ll include the exact yardage needed for your piece. To select the fabric that best suits your project, you have two options:

    1. Provide your own fabric – You can ship your fabric directly to our workroom or drop it off in person. If you need guidance, we’re happy to recommend trusted local showrooms and online vendors.

    2. Have us source fabric – Share reference photos, samples, or details about the desired type, texture, color, and budget. We’ll curate and present fabric options for your approval. Fabric sourcing is billed separately.

  • Lead time is typically 4–8 weeks. Reupholstery and restoration projects tend to fall on the shorter end, while custom builds and specialty pieces may take longer. We’ll confirm the timeline during the quoting process.

  • Yes. We provide local pickup and delivery throughout Chicago and surrounding areas for an additional fee, pricing varies by location.

  • Quotes include labor, design development (if applicable), and material costs. Fabric is typically excluded unless sourced through us. Any add-ons like new foam, structural repair, or custom modifications will be itemized.

  • Absolutely. Whether it’s updating the silhouette, adjusting proportions, or changing comfort levels, we can collaborate on design updates before we begin work.

  • Yes, we design and build custom furniture from scratch. Whether you have a rough sketch, inspiration images, or a fully specified design, we can start at any stage of the process and fabricate custom goods all in our in-house workroom.

  • Yes. Most custom projects include a set of shop drawings for your approval before fabrication begins. This ensures clarity on dimensions, design, and details.
